4th February 2026 : Menstrual  Hygiene Awareness  Program: Pati- Botad

A Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program was organized on February 4, 2026, in Pati (Botad) by Suwasini Trust and Dr. Urvashi Mishra. The program was conducted at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya with the objective of promoting awareness about menstrual health and hygiene among girls. Participants were educated on the importance of maintaining hygiene during menstruation and its long-term health benefits. As part of the initiative, sanitary pads were distributed free of cost to all students. The program successfully raised awareness, encouraged healthy practices, and empowered young girls with knowledge, confidence, and dignity.
