26th July 2025 : Menstrual hygiene Awareness Program: karamsad

A Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Program and Sanitary Pad Distribution Drive was organized on July 26, 2025, in Karamsad by Suwasini Trust and Dr. Urvashi Mishra. The program was conducted at Shree Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Vidyalaya with the objective of promoting awareness about menstrual health among girls. Participants were guided on the importance of hygiene, its benefits, and safe practices during menstruation. As part of the initiative, sanitary pads were distributed free of cost to all students. The program successfully encouraged healthy practices, raised awareness, and empowered young girls with confidence, dignity, and essential knowledge for better health.
